DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The Grantor, Harrison Hospital conveys and warrants to the City of Br~ncrton the following
described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 402 LINEAR FEET OF 12-INCH PVC STORM PIPE AND TWO (2)TYPE
II MANHOLES AND FIVE (5) TYPE I CATCH BASINS. BEGINNING AT THE
INTERSECTION OF CHERRY AVE. AND HICKORY STREET THEN RUNNING EAST ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF HICKORY STREET APPROXIMATELY 402 FEET.
ENGINEERING COSTS ........................... 8,000.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS ..................... 11,457.00
TOTAL $19,457.00
