DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The Grantor, Impero Contracting Co. conveys and warrants to the City of Bremerton the
following described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 607 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH DUCTILE IRON CLASS 52 WATER
PIPE AND THREE (3) FIRE HYDRANT ASSEMBLIES AND MISCELLLANEOUS
APPURTENANCES. BEGINNING AT THE NORTH SIDE OF IMPERIAL WAY ON THE
DOWN STREAM SIDE OF THE PRV THAN CONTINUING NW ALONG THE
NORTHEASTERLY SIDE OF THE KITSAP COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS ANNEX TO THE
SOUTH SIDE OF BARNEY WHITE ROAD AND THE END OF EXTENSION.
ENGINEERING COSTS ........................... 5,800.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS ..................... 19,000.00
TOTAL $24,800.00
