DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The Grantor, Harrison Hospital conveys and warrants to the City of Bremerton the following
described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 465 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH, 20 LINEAR FEET OF 6-INCH DUCTILE
IRON CLASS 52 WATER PIPE AND ONE (1) FIRE HYDRANT ASSEMBLY AND
MISCELLANEOUS APPURTENANCES. BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF
CHERRY AVE. AND HICKORY STREET THEN RUNNING EAST ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF HICKORY STREET APPROXIMATELY 465 FEET. THENCE RUNNING 20 NORTH TO
A FIRE HYDRANT AND THE END OF THIS EXTENSION.
ENGINEERING COSTS ........................... 8,000.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS ..................... 60,398.00
TOTAL $ 68,398.00
