The Grantor, Property Maintenance Construction Inc. conveys and wan'ants to the City of
Bremerton the following described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 186 LINEAR FEET OF 8-1NCH DUCTILE IRON CLASS 52 WATER
PI~E AND ONE BLOW-OFF ASSEMBLY AND MISCELLLANEOUS APPURTENANCES.

Legal Description:
The east 20 feet of the following described property, Lots 1,2 and 3 Block 10, Ole Hanson's Navy Yard
Addition According to Plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 56, in Kitsap County, Washington; together
with that portion of vacated Cottman Avenue as vacated in volume 16, page 40, Commissioners Journal,
which upon vacation attached by operation of law.
