DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The Grantor, Port of Bremerton conveys and warrants to the City of Bremerton the following
described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 160 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH, 132 LiNEAR FEET OF 6-INCH
DUCTILE IRON CLASS 52 WATER PIPE AND ONE (1) FIRE HYDRANT ASSEMBLIY AND
MISCELLLANEOUS APPURTENANCES.
ENGiNEERING COSTS ........................... 2,000.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS ..................... 16,963.00
TOTAL $18,963.00
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington.
