following described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 700 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH PVC SEWER PIPE, THREE TYPE
MAN HOLES AND MISCELLANEOUS APPURTENANCES.

CONSTRUCTION COSTS 6-INCH .......... 134,709.90
TOTAL $147,675.88
