The Grantor, Port of Bremerton, conveys and warrants to the City of Bremerton the following
described public improvements and/or real property imercsts:
APPROXIMATELY 407 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH AND APPROXIMATELY 69 LINEAR
FEET OF 6-INCH CLASS 52 DUCTILE IRON WATER PIPE, TWO FIRE HYDRANTS AND
MISCELLANEOUS APPURTENANCES.

CONSTRUCTION COSTS 8-1NCH .......... 19,126.51
TOTAL $21,831.51
