The Grantor, Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, conveys and warrants to the
City of Bremerton the following described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 103 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH PVC SEWER P1PE, AND ONE
MANHOLE.
ENGINEERING COSTS ........................... 6,000.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS .......................19,771.00
