The Grantor, Kitsap Peninsula Surgery. Center~ Limited Partnership, conveys and warrants
to the City of Bremerton the following described public improvements and/or real property
interests:
APPROXIMATELY 188 L~NEAR FEET OF 6-INCH DUCTILE IRON WATER PIPE, AND
APPROXIMATELY 170 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH DUCTILE IRON WATER PIPE, ONE
FIRE HYDRANT AND MISCELLANEOUS APPURTENANCES.
ENGINEERING COSTS ........................... 2,650.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS 6-INCH .......... 6,000.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS 8-INCH ......... 14,700.00
TOTAL $23,350.00
