The Grantor, BREMERTON WATER & RESOURCE CO, LLC, conveys and warrants to
the City of Bremerton the following described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 944 LINEAR FEET OF 6-INCH DUCTILE IRON WATER PIPE, AND
MISCELLANEOUS APPURTENANCES.
