The Grantor, Bremerton School District No. lO0-C , conveys
and warrants to the City of Bremerton the following described
public improvements and/or real property interests:
Approximately 1335 linear feet of class 52, 8" ductile iron
pipe, 157 linear feet of class 52, 6" ductile iron pipe, and
5 fire hydrant assemblies
Described and depicted in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
