DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The Grantor, FPH Construction. Inc. , conveys and warrants to
the City of Bremerton the following described public improvements
and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 1006 LINEAR FEET OF 8" DUCTILE IRON, CLASS 52 WATER
MAIN, 784 LINEAR FEET OF 6" DUCTILE IRON CLASS 52 WATER MAIN, THREE
FIRE HYDRANT ASSEMBLIES, THREE BLOW OFF ASSEMBLIES, AND
MISCELLANEOUS APPURTENANCES.
ENGINEERING COSTS ...... 8,000.
CONSTRUCTION COSTS ..... 43 , 980 .
