The Grantor, HMI. Inc., conveys and warrants to the City of
Bremerton the following described public improvements and/or real
property interests:
Approximately 1684 linear feet of 8" PVC. Cl. 3034 SDR 35 sewer
pipe, 12 manhole assemblies and miscellaneous appurtenances.
