Legal Description for the centerline of a 20 foot sewer line
easement, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the West quarter corner (an existing 1" iron
pipe); thence along the West line of said Section 16, North
2°50'55'' East 2664.27 feet to the Northwest corner of said Section
16 (an existing concrete monument); thence leaving said Section
corner South 55*49'37" East 1449.11 feet to the Northwest corner of
a survey by A.D.A. Engineering recorded in Volume 41, Page 22!,
files of Kitsap County, Washington; thence along the North line
said survey East 182.52 feet; thence leaving said North line, South
29°08'16'' East 351.80 feet to an existing manhole and the True
Point of Beginning; thence North 29~08'16'' West 341.60 feet to an
existing manhole; thence continuing North 29°08 '16" West 60.00 feet
to the terminus.
