The Grantor, Department of Veterans Administration , conveys
and warrants to the City of Bremerton the following described
public improvements and/or real property interests:
Approximately 300 linear feet of 8~ PVC sewer pipe and a
~anhole assembly (As shown in attached Exhibit "A".)
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington.
