DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The Grantor, Harrison Memorial HosPital, conveys and warrants
to the City of Bremerton the following described public
improvements and/or real property interests..
Approximately 42 linear feet of 6" Cl. 52 water pipe, 24 linear
feet of 8" Cl. 52 water pipe, two fire hydrant assemblies and
miscellaneous appurtenances.
Construction Cost $15,575.00
Engineering Cost 2,100.00
Total Cost $ 17,675.00
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington.
