Utilities construction Agreement entered into between the Grantor
and the City of Bremerton, conveys and warrants to the City of
Bremerton the following described pUblic improvements and/or real
property interests:

MAIN, ONE FIRE HYDRANT AND ONE BLOW-OFF ASSEMBLY.
