The Grantor, Bremerton School District 100-C , for and in consideration of the
City of Bremerton's compliance with the terms of the Public Utilities Construction
Agreement entered into between the Grantor and the City of Bremerton, conveys and
warrants to the City of Bremerton the following described public improvements and/or real
property interests:
3800 L.F. of sewer main beginning at Crawford Drive to Kitsap Way to
Birchfield Ave. and South at Carr to Kitsap Lake Elementary School.
Approximately 3,800 L.F. of 8" PVC Sewer Main .................... $136,952.50
14 Manholes ...................................................... $ 19,296.00
TOTAL: $156,248.50
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington.
