~remerton, Wastt~ington, a ri~ht-of-way, fifteen (15) i'eet wide,
~.hich is .~ore particularly hereinafter described, and has ~reed to
fence said right-of-way on both sides thereof, and to ~l~ce a ~.fate
~n the entrance off said right-of-way at the opening tfereof to the
hi~[nway, ~nd to keep s~id right-off-way to be used only as a private
r i ght-o f-way;
~0~1 THfREFORE, for and in consideration of the ~aid f,~. M. Hein
fencing tl~e right-of-way hereina, f'ter described, ~nd ~lacing a gate
~t the entrance thereof to the his~wey, and kee~ing safd right-of-
~y in s clean end sanitary condition, said right-of-way at all
times to be subject to the j~isdiction of the City Conmissioners
~ tf, e City off Brem.:-rton,
THE CITY 0F BRm~ERTON D0mS HEREBY give ~nd grant the right,
9rivile~e and authority to the said '/.'. M. Hain, to use the follow-
.rig described real estate, to-wit:
Begin'oing at a point located on Ns~y Yard
High~ay 74 feet .est of Parrish Creek and 17~
feet East off Section line off Section 31; thence
running S. f. ~O0 feet to J. R. Frone Corner;
thence 15 feet 1'~. ff.~ thence 600 feet N. E.;
thence 15 feet S. E. ~o commencement, all lo-
cated in Section 31 North~ Range 1 East West

~s e right-of-way for his own private use and at his sole expense;
~aid right-off-way to be subject~ and all off the right, title and
interest of the said '[~'. k. Hain, nm.. heirs, a. dministretors, execu-~
tots and ~ssigns ~herein, to the revocation by the said City off
~remerton, provided, however~ that if the City G8~issioners off 2he
said City of Bremerton should hereafter decide to revoke the rights
ra~nted herein to the said W. M. Hein~ his heirs, administrators,
xecutors and assigns, they sha. ll :.~ive l~i~ at least six (~) months
aotice thereof, ;:nd et the expiration of s~id six (6) months,
~son such notice being given, the rights herein off the
said ~¥. M. Hain shall cease ~nd determine end this instro~nent and
all the ri[~bts thereunder shall be deemed null and void.
