Beginning 32 feet south of the northwest corner of Lot 7, Tract 4,
Warren Smith's Acre Tracts; thence east 1~3.96 feet; thence south 31.54
feet to the centerline of said tract; ~hence west 64 feet; thence south
I foot; thence west to Warren Avenue, the same being the west line of
said Lot 7; thence north along the east margin of Warren Avenue 32.54
feet to the point of beginning.
