State of Wash~gton ~cluding any ~terest there~ which gra~or may hereafter acq~re:
A strip of land forty (20) feet in width adjoining the south line of the east
sixty (60) feet of the following described property:
That portion of Tract 16, Phinney ~Acre Tracts, according to Plat thereof record-
ed in Vol. 5 of Plats, Page l, records of said County and of the N.W.~ of the N.W.~
of the S.E.~ of Section 15~ T.2~N,, R.1E., W.N. described as follows: Commencing
at the southeast corner of said Tract 16; thence westerly along the so~th line of
said tract 301.52 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGIN~ING; thence south to the north
line of llth. Street extended westerly as shown on the Plat of Capitol Hill Add. to
Bremerton, according to the plat recorded in Vol. 5 of Plats, Page 22, records of
said County; thence westerly along the north line of llth. Street extended 160 Feet;
thence northerly 180 feet, more or less, to the south line of State Highway No.
thence easterly along said south line to a point north of the T.P.O.B.; thence
south to tho TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The intent of this deed is to dedicate for public STREET PURPOSES that certain
forty (40) foot wide strip o£ land comprising a portion of that tract or parcel of
land described in Ordinance No. ~229 of the City of Bremerton and filed for
record under Kitsap County Auditor's file No. 6~890.
