the following described real estate, situated in the County of KITSA~
State of Washington:
A strip of l~nd forty (40) feet in width adjoining the south line
of the following described property:
That per, ion of Tract 16, Phinney 2~ Acre Tracts, according to plat thereof
recorded in Vol. 5 of plats, page 1, records of said county, and of the N.W.~
of the S.E.~ of Sec. 15, T.9]!N., R.1E., W.M., described as follows: Beginning at
the intersection of the south line of State Highway No. 21 with the east line
of said Tract 16; thence southerly along said east line thereof to the southeast
corner of said trac~ 16; thence continuing southerly along the prolongation of
said east line to an intersection with the north line of llth. Street produced
'west; thence westerly along said north line 361.32 feet; thence northerly to the
south line of State Highway No. 21; thence easterly along said south line to the
point of beginning.
The intent of this deed is to dedicate for STREET PLE~POSES that certain forty
(M0) foot wide strip of land comprising a. portion of that tract or parcel of land
deseri~eg in Ordir~nce No. 222~ of the City of Bremerton and filed for record
