conveys and qUit claims to City of Bremerton, a ~gunicipal Corooration,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap
State of Washington:
The West thirteen (13) feet of Lots 1 through ll of Block 8, First Addition
to Charleston as shmrn on the plat recorded in Vol. h of plats, page ~7,
records of Kitsap County, ~Sashington.
ALSO, that portion of Lot 1 Block 8 of above mentioned plat described as
follows: commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence easterly
along the south line of said lot, a distance of thirteen (13) feet; thence
northerly along a line which is parallel with the west line of said lots
a distance of 10.10 feet to the TRUE POI~tf OF BEGII~ING and the beginning
of a curve having a radius of twenty (20) feet;, thence along the arc of said
curve to the right turning through an angle of 89°h2'19'', a distance of
31.31 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 1; thence westerly along
said north line 19.90 feet; thence southerly along a line which is parallel
with the west line of said Lot 1 1.o.90 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
