THE GRANTORS, MIN~,!IE A. FOSS and OLGA M. POINDEXTER,
for and in consideration of the promise by and the provisions
made by the City of Bremerton for the perpetual care of Lot
1 Subdivision E the town o£ Charleston cemetery, convey and
quit claim to the City of Bremerton,a municipal corporation
and political subdivision of the State of Washington, the
following described real estate, situated in the County of
Kitsap, S~ate of Washington including any interest therein
which grantors may hereafter acquire:
