conveying as her sole and seperate property,
for and in consideration of Ten ($10.~O) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration,
in band paid, conveys and warrants to CITY OF BRE~RTON
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KITS~P , State of
Washington:

A part of Government Lot 7, Section lO, Tow~mhip 24 North, Range 1 East,
described as follu.=: Beginning at the SE corner of Washington Avenue and
Edwards Street as shown on the Plat of Sheridan, now vacated, except as to
certain streets; thence South 68 feet; thence East 130 feet; thence North 68
feet; thence West 130 feet to the point of beginning, together with the
vacated portion of Edwards Street abutting thereon. The dimensions of this
lot are 78x130. Also part of Government Lot 7~ Section lO, Township 24 North,
Range i East, W.M. described as follows: Begin in4~ at bhe southeast corner of
Wad~ ington Avenue and Edwards Street as shown on the Plat of Sheridan, now
vacated, except a~ to certain streets; thence East 130 feet along the South
line of said Edwards Street as shown on said plat to the point of beginning;
thence North l0 feet; thence East 70 feet; thence S 133 feet to the North line
of the Garinger property; thence 7Cost along the Garinger property 70 feet;
thence North to the point of beginning except the Easterly 12 feet thereof.
