THE GRANTOR, the Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton~
a body politic and corporate, organized under the laws of the State
of Washington, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other valuable considerations, conveys and quit-claims to the City
of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, the following described real
property, in Bremerton, Kitsap Co~uty, Washington, to-wit:
All of the areas in roads, boulevards, drives, streets,
avenues and ways, otherwise described as Russell Road, Baer
Boulevard, Galyan Drive, McNeal Avenue, and portions of Oyster
Ba~ Avenue, Searle Street, and Graham Way, including the curbs
and walks; the courses and distances of the center lines of
said roads, boulevards, drives, streets, avenues, and ways, to-
gether with their widths, being more particularly described as
follows:
Nnssell Road, a strip 43 feet wide, its center
line being described as follows: From a point which
is South 840.13 feet and West 214.29 feet of the corner
common to Sections 15, 16, 21 and 22, Township 24 North,
Range I East, Willamette Meridian, said point being also
the intersection of Russell Road and Arsenal Way, and also
the point of the beginning of a curve to the right having
a radius of 233.50 feet; thence along said curve through
an arc subtended by a chord the length of which is 229.68

THE GRANTOR reserves to itself, its heirs, successors, and
assigns, the right to laM, maintain and keep in repair water main, and
other utility installations under the streets, avenues, boulevards,
roads, drives and walks, above described and to excavate along the

said areas for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and repairing
said water main and utility installations, with the understanding
that any and all of said areas excavated or pavement broken in
connection with such laying, maintaining, and repairing of water
main or ar~ utility installations shall be restored to the same
or as good condition as the same was prior to such breaking or
excavation, and the GRANTOR agrees, on behalf of itself, its
successors, and assigns, to save the City of Bremerton harmless
from any and all claims for damages and injuries of ar~r kind,
nature, and description directly or indirectly resulting from the
laying, maintaining, or repairing of water main and other utility
installations by the G~ANTOR, its heirs, successors, or assigns.
This Deed is a correction Deed given to correct the
description in that certain Deed between the same parties dated
the 28th day of April, 19~2, recorded on July 6, 19h2, in Volume
315, at Page 5~7, Auditor's File No. 362~69, Records of Kits~p
County, Washington.
