service furnished to said Dremlses by a city,
town or d~strict, or fo~ installation of any
such services.

main, and Cot such purpose to go upon said

minlcipal corporation in the State of Washington,
in instrument dated ~ebruary 19, 1940, recorded
October 31, 19~1, under auditorts file No,

Title is to vest in City of Bme~mton, a ~ici~l
corporation.
We return herewith a deed submitted with the
application.
Upon execution and record of a proper deed f~om
Kitsap County, a municiDal corporation, to the City of ~emerton,
a munici~l corporation, we will issue o~eP'~ policy of title
insurance ~n our us~l fo~, subject to the ~tters noted in
~Pa~aphs 1 and 9, pPovided the~e is no other cha~e.
This report shall have no force or effect except as
a basis fop the policy applied fop.
