East, 125 feet from the Southwest Corner of Lot 14 McTeigh's Garden Tracts;
thence North 01o48'21" East, 12.O2 feet to the north li~ of the South half of
said Lot 14; thence South 88o11,39" East along said North line of the South Half
of said Lot 14, 138 feet more or less to the northwesterly line of Jacobson
Boulevard; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of Jacobson Boulevard
being the arc of a curve, the radius of which is 593.69 feet, a distance of
16 feet, thence North 88 ll 39 West, 127 feet, more or less to the point of
beginning, located in Kitsap County, Washington
This deed is given to correct description and establish
boundary lines and requires no revenue stamps nor the
payment of excise tax.
