Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 2, Maple Garden Tracts;
thence South 89034,40,, West, 12.54 feet; thence Southeasterly along a curve
the radius of which is 12.5 feet, and which is tangent to the North line of
said Lot 9 at its beginning, through an arc of 90'10'56", 19.675 feet to its
point of tangency on the East line of said Lot 9; thence North 0°14'24" West,
12.54 feet along the East line of said Lot 9, to the point of beginning.
The purpose of this deed is to correct a deed executed August 3, 1954 and filed
August 12, 195~, under Kitsap County Auditors File No. 599429.
