Any portion of the following described property lying within 30 feet
of the East line of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast q, mrter of Section
12, Township 2~ North~ Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Kitsap County,
Washington. Said East line being the centerline of Perry Avenme.
The South 66 feet of the East 155 feet of that p~.tion of the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast q~oer of Section 12, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
Willamette Meridian described as follow~: Beginning at the Northeast quarter corner
of the North h.le of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the
