Beginning at the southeast corner of above named Lot 171 thence
northwesterly to an intersection with the west line of above named
plat at a point which is 15.1~feet north of the northwest corner
of above mentioned Lot 17.

Dear Sirs & Lady:
Submitted herewith is a street right-of-way deed from Day and
Rebecca Senter to the City of Bremerton. This right-of-way is needed to
properly develop Patten Avenue west of Lafayette Avenue S.. The property
described in the deed is shown on a sketch which is also submitted herewith.
The sketch should be returned to the City Engineering Office for filing.
I recommend that the deed be accepted by the City Council and
recorded in County _Auditor's Office.
