of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, conveys and quit claims to the CITY
OF BREM~TON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of
Kitsap, State of Washi~!:ton.
Any portion of the follo~dng described property lying
within 30 feet of the East line of the Northwest quarteer
of the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 2g,
North, Range 1 East, Willamette l'4eridian, Kitsap County,
Washington. Said East line bein.%~ the centerline of
Perry Avenue.
A portion of the North 135 feet of the North half of the
East half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of section 13, Township
2~ North, l~ange 1 East, Willamette Meridian, des6ribed
as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of t~
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of said Section t3; thence running North
87o32'01'' West, a distance of 25.00 feet to the West
line of Perry Avenue; thence South 1°g8'51'' West a Dis-
tance of' 85.19 feet along the West line of Perry Avenue
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South

thence leaving said North line of East 17th Street, running
