and wife, for and in consideration of Ten (910.00) Dollars, convey
and quit claim to THE CITY OF SREMERTON, a municipal corporation
of the State of Washington, the following described real estate,
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington;
Any portion of the following described property lying
within 30 feet to the East line of the Northwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 24
North, Range 1 East, Willamette f~ieridian, Kitsap County,
Washington. Said East line beinq~ the centerline of
Perry Avenue.
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter;

Perry Avenue and the true point of beginning; thence
