described as fOllows:
The west thirty (30) feet of Halverson Avenue as shown
on said plat. lying between the north line of Section 12,
T.2~ N.,R.1 E.W.M., and the south line of the NE~ of the
of said section 12.
ALSO: The east thirty (30) feet of Halverson Avenue, as
shown on plat of Halverson Addition, lying between the north
line of said section 12 and the centerline of East 31st Street
as shown on said plat.
ALSO: The North 30 feet of East 31st Street as shown on
theabove named Halverson Addition, lying between the easterly
right of way line of Halverson Avenue and the westerly terminus
of existing right of ray as described in Quit claim deed recorded
