THE GRAYTORS, Frank R. Darragh and Helen Darragh, husband
and wife, for and in consideration of One (~1.00) Dollar
convey and quit claim to the City of Bremerton, a municipal corp-
oration, for street purposes only the following described real
estate, situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Lashington:
The East 30 feet of that portion of the East quarter
of the L~est half of the Northeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 2~ North,
Range 1 East, [.~.illamette Meridian, lying between a
line ~aral!el to and 398 feet North of the South
line of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 12, and the South line of
East 30th Street, and said South line extended
East, except the North 62 feet.
