QUIT CLAIM DEED '
THE GRANTORS EDNA E. MITCHELL, a widow, individually and
as executrix of the estate of HARRY R. MITCHELL, Deceased; and
JAYmeS SWANSON and SIGNE SWANSON, husband and wife, for and in con-
~$ideration of ---ONE DOLLAR--- convey and'qUit claim to. the CITY
O~ BREMERTON, a municipal corporation, for street purposes, the
following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap,
State of Washington:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 2,
Tract ~, Decatur Acre Tracts, which is 25.00 feet
Easterly from the centerline of Marlow Avenue along
a line which is perpendicular to the centerline of
said Marlow Avenue; thence South 3~°21'35" East,
along a line parallel with the centerline of Secon-
dary State Highway No. 21-B, 29.03 feet; thence
North 17°~9'~8" West, 2~.78 feet to a point on
the North line of said Lot 2; thence North
87°31'~9" West along said North line of said
Lot 2, 8.81 feet to the point of beginning.

Enclosed herewith are five (5) deeds and one (1)
sewer easement dedicating the following:
Group 1. Dedicates a portion of the required right of way
for Nipsic Avenue.
Group 2. Dedicates a porti, on of the required right of way
for the alley running North from the North end of
Montgomery Avenue North.
Group 3. Dedicates a portion of the required right of way
for the proposed cut back of the corner on Marlowe *"
Avenue at East 16th Street.
Group [$. Sewer easement for the drain already installed on
Jenner Avenu~nea~ East 24th Street.
Each group listed above has a map showing the portions
so dedicated colored in red.
It is herewith recommended that these deeds and sewer
easement be accepted by the Council, and recorded.
