RIGHT-OF -~AY AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF BREMERTON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washing-
ton, hereinafter referred to as First Party and G. F. RYAN and
,.JANET A. RYAN, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Second
Party.
W I T N E S S E T H:
For and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
($300.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, Second Parties agree to quit claim to First Party
for road purposes, the following described real property situate
in Kitsap County, State of Washingtoh, to-wit:
A portion of the NWl* of the NEl* of Section 13,
Township 2~ North, Range 1 East, W.M., described
as follows: The East half of that portion of the
NWl, of the NE¼ of Section 13, Township 2& North,
Range 1 East, W.M., beginning 13&O feet West and
198 feet South of the NE corner of said Section
13; thence West 320 feet, thence South 119.5 feet,
thence East 320 feet, thence North 119.5 feet to
the point of beginning;
A portion of the East 100 feet of the following
described tract: The Wt of that portion of the
NWl* of the NE¼ of Section 13, Township 2& North,
Range 1 East, W.M., beginning 13~0 feet West and
198 feet South of the NE corner of said Section
13; thence West 320 feet, thence South 119.5 feet,
thence East 320 feet, thence North 119.5 feet to
the point of beginning.
Second Parties distinctly understand and agree that the
payment to them of the sum of money above specified and the benefit
to their property by the improvement of Perry Avenue shall be in
full compensation to them for any of their land taken and occupied
in the widening, grading, leveling and repairing of said road, and
in ful~ p~ym£nt of any damage~ that may arJ, se from the exercise of
any of the, above rights by First Party, and Second Parties further
~gree to install at their own expense, the bulkheads necessary for
the preservation of their property.
