QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTORS, RAY E. NOSKER and JOY L. NOSKER, for and in
consideration of .... ONE DOLLAR .... and that the City of Bremerton
build a suitable retaining wall and steps, replace all hedge that
may be removed and relocate sewer line, water line, and clothes line
posts, convey and quit claim to the CITY OF BREMERTON, a~municipal
corporation, for street purposes, the following described reai estate,
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington. This action
to be completed 90 days after date of starting.
Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot l,
Tract k, Decatur Acre Tracts, which is 25.00 feet
Easterly from the centerline of Marlow Avenue along
a line which is perpendicular to the centerline of
said Marlow Avenue; thence North 2°53'59" East on a
line parallel to the centerline of said Marlow
Avenue, 58.37 feet; thence South 5°41'A0" East
58.96 feet to a ooint on the South line of said
Lot l; thence North 87°31'~9" West along the South
line of said Lot 1, 8.81 feet to the point of beginning.
