Township 24 North, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, from the Southeast
corner of the said Southwest quarter; thence North along said East line
to the South line of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 12; thence West along
said South line 25 feet; thence South parallel to the East line of the
Southwest quarter of the South~aet quarter of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 12, to a point West of the point of beginning; thence East 25 feet
to the point of beginning.
