convey and quitclaim to The City of Bremerton for road purposes
the following described real estate, situated in the County ~f Kitsap
State of Washington:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter in Section II,
Township 2h North, Range I East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 0'06'17" West 660 feet from the
Southwest corner of said subdivision; thence South 89'36'00u East 632.5~ feet; thence
South llO feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 89'36'00" West
feet, more or less,to the West line of said subdivision; thence South 0'06'z7"
East ~0 feet; thence South 89'36'00" East 632.5~ feet, more or less, to a point
which is South of the true point of beginning; thence North ~0 feet to the true point
of beginning; EXCEPT that portion thereof lying within East 2yth Street as shown
on the plat of Sierra Terrace Addition;
Situate iff Kitsap County, Washington.

Dear Mr. Danskin:
The Quit Claim Deed executed in October, 1955, by the 232
Washington Avenue Building, Inc. is incomplete and does not
effectively transfer the property involved to the City of
Bremerton for road purposes. The City would appreciate it
very much if the enclosed deed was executed by you and Mr.
Bergquist and delivered to the City for recording.
You will notice that the difference between the two deeds is
this; that you did not ~ut an acknowledgment by the corporation
on the deed first given to the City, and you and Mr. Bergquist
did not sign as officers of the corporation. When you sign the
enclosed deed, would you please write your title under your
name, such as Merlyn Danskin, Secretary & Treasurer, etc. Also,
in the acknowledgment place your titles in respect to the order.
