following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap,
State of Washington:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter in Section II, Township 2~ North, Range i East,
W. M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North OO06,17,, West 660
feet from the Southwest corner of said subdivision; thence
South 89°36,00. East 632.55 feet; thence Sou~h 110 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence North 89 36'00" West
632.55 feet, more or less, to the West line of said sub-
division; thence South O°O6,17- East 50 feet; thence South
89o36'00" East 632.55 feet, more or less, to a point which
is South of the true point of beginning; thence North 50
feet to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT that portion
thereof lying within East 29th Street as shown on the p'tat
