Claim
THE GRANTOR S, JAMES E. SKIRVING and EILEEN M. SKIRVING, husband and
wife,
for and in com~deration of a correction deed,
convey and quit claim to CITY OF BREMERTON, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kit sap,
State of Washington:
That portion of Block 1, Oyster Bay Addition to Port Orchard
Navy Yard, lying South of Primary State Highway Number 21, which is
included in that portion of National Avenue described as follows.
A strip of land 80 feet wide, being 40 feet on either side of
the following described center line.
Beginning on the West line of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W. M.,
which bears North 1° 26' 39" East, at a point which is the Southwest
corner of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said section; thence running North 3° 06' 43" East.
This deed is intended as a correction deed to correct the description
of certain property heretofore conveyed by warranty deed between grantors
and grantee dated August 26, 1953, and recorded in Volume 576 of Deeds,
Page 152, Auditor's File No. 583472, records of Kitsap County, Washington.
The said prior conveyance and this conveyance are for street purposes
by grantee.
This deed is without consideration other than for correction of the
tdhescription and requires no revenue stamps and no payment of excise tax
ereon.

Attached find Quit Claim Deed from James E. and Eileen N. Skirving.to
the City of Bremerton
The purpose of this deed is to return to the Skirvings the portion of
the property which they deeded to the City for National Avenue which was
not required for right of way as the road was built. This deed providem
for an 80 ft. right of way.
