Kitsap County Washington lying West of the following described line: Beginning -'
at a point which is 130 feet NoY~h and 22 feet East of the Southwest corner of
the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section l~, Township 2& North,
Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian; thence ~unning Northeasterly to a point on the
NOrth line of the South quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of sale. spction 13, which is 330 feet North and 30 feet East of the said Southwest
corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot ll: thence East along the South
