for sad in consideration of the sum of One Dollar amd other valuable
consideratiom, receipt of which is hereby ackmowledged, bargaims, sells
amd conveys to ~he CITY OF BPd$I~RTON, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington, for street purposes, the following deecribed real
estate situated in the City of Bremerton, County of Kiteap, State ef
Washington, to-wit:
The south Four (4) feet of Lots Twenty ~-0} and Twenty-one
(21) amd the west Four (4) feet of the south half of Lot
Nineteen (19) amd the west Four (4} feet of Lot ~%venty (20}
of Block One (1), Nels' Nelson's Addition to the Towm of
Bremerton, according to plat thereof, recorded in Vo&ume
2 of Plats, Page 8?, records of t~e Oounty of Kitsap, State
of Washington.
This deed is executed and delivered for the purpose of dedicating
the above described real property for use as a street.
