Quit Clcfim Deed
THE GRANTORS, W. A. Buchanan and Gertrude C. Buchanan, husband and wife,
of the city of Bremerton, county of Kitsap, state of Washington,
for and in consideration of One and no/lO0- -($1.00) Dollar,
in hand paid,
convey and quit claim to City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap,
State of Washington:
An easement for the construction of a retaining wall over and across the following
described property: The North 5.00 feet of the East 30.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 2,
Bender's Addition to the Town of Decatur, and also
A strip of land lying in and being a part of Lot 2, Block 2, Bender:'s Addition to
the Town of Decatur, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
point of intersection of the West margin of State Highway No. 21-B with the South
line of Lot 2, Block 2, said Bender's Addition; thence S 79ok3'19" W along said South
line of Lot 2 a distance of 2.5k feet; thenc~ N 09o07'25'' W.26.58 feet; thence N 0o
51'00" E 27.07 feet to the NOrth line of said Lot 2; thence N 79043'19'' E 2.~9 feet
to the West margin of said State Highway No. 21-B; thence S 01°47'20'' W 27.~1 feet;
thence S 10o16'41" E 26.37 feet to the point of beginning. To be used for street purposes.
Together with an easement for the construction of a retaining wall over and across
the following described property: Beginning at a point S 79o~3'19'' W 2.5k feet from
the intersection of the West margin of State Highway No. 21-B with the South line of
Lot 2, Block 2, said Bender's Addition; thence continuing S 79o~3,19,' W 5.00 feet;
thence N 09o07'25'' W 27.11 feet; thence N 0o51'00'' E 23.15 feet to a point 5.00 feet
South of the North line of Lotl, Block 2, said Bender's Addition; thence N 87o31,15,,
W 14.80 feet to an intersection with the North line of said Lot 2; thence N 79o~3'19''
E 20.15 feet along said North line of Lot 2; thence S 0o51'00'' W 27.07 feet; thence
S 09o07'25'' E 26.58 feet to the point of beginning.
