CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, October 28, 2020 <br />A virtual Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on <br />Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 5:00 PM, with Council Vice President Kevin Gorman presiding. <br />Council Members present were Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Leslie Daugs, and <br />Pat Sullivan. Council President Eric Younger was absent. Lori Smith, Legislative Office Manager, <br />was present to provide staff support. <br />Vice President Gorman established that to help reduce the spread of COV/D-19, the City Council <br />is conducting the Study Session via a Zoom webinar with Council Members and staff participating <br />remotely. He further established that the Study Session was open for the public to listen in, but <br />there would be no opportunities for input; no action is anticipated; and the content of these items is <br />subject to change.
