CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES Wednesday, September 9, 2020 A virtual Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger presiding. Council Members present were Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Kevin Gorman, and Leslie Daugs. Council Member Pat Sullivan was absent. Christine Grenier, Legislative Assistant, was present to provide staff support. President Younger established that to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City Council is conducting a virtual meeting, with Council Members and staff participating remotely. He further established that the Study Session was open for the public to listen in, but there would be no opportunities for input; no action is anticipated; and the content of these items is subject to change.
