CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, September 9, 2020 <br />A virtual Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on <br />Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger presiding. Council <br />Members present were Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Kevin Gorman, and Leslie <br />Daugs. Council Member Pat Sullivan was absent. Christine Grenier, Legislative Assistant, was <br />present to provide staff support. <br />President Younger established that to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City Council is <br />conducting a virtual meeting, with Council Members and staff participating remotely. He further <br />established that the Study Session was open for the public to listen in, but there would be no <br />opportunities for input; no action is anticipated; and the content of these items is subject to change. <br />A.
