Council <br /> Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, Leslie <br /> Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant, was present to provide staff support. <br /> President Younger emphasized that the Study Session is open to the public, but there will be no <br /> opportunities for input or participation; no action is anticipated except when deemed appropriate; <br /> and the content of these items is subject to change. If approved by the Council, items will be placed <br /> on the October 3, 2018 City Council Meeting Agenda. <br /> A.
