DIGITAL RECORDING <br /> CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br /> Wednesday, September 12, 2018 <br /> A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br /> Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton,Washington, <br /> Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council Vice President Richard Huddy presiding. <br /> Council Members present were Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. <br /> Council President Eric Younger and Council Member Michael Goodnow were absent. Lori Smith, <br /> Legislative Assistant, was present to provide staff support. <br /> Vice President Huddy emphasized that the Study Session is open to the public, but there will be <br /> no opportunities for input or participation; no action is anticipated except when deemed <br /> appropriate; and the content of these items is subject to change. If approved by the Council, items <br /> will be placed on the September 19, 2018 City Council Meeting Agenda <br /> A. INFORMATION BRIEFING <br /> 1. Reducing Single-Use Plastic Bag Use in Kitsap County— Milenka Hawkins-Bates, Public <br /> Works & Utilities; and Kitsap County Public Works Department <br /> B. LIMITED PRESENTATION PLANNED — The following items are budgeted items or subjects <br /> that have been raised with the appropriate Council Committee Members: <br /> 1. Sole Source Purchase Agreement with Trebron Company, Inc. for a Barracuda Message <br /> Archiver and Mirror Cloud Storage Service Consent Agenda <br /> 2. Purchase of Marine Insurance with Travelers and Water Quality Insurance Syndicate for the <br /> City's Argus Rescue Boat; and Budget Adjustment Consent Agenda <br /> 3.
