DIGITAL RECORDING <br />k <br />CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES gid `S <br />Wednesday, July 25, 2018 <br />A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br />Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, Washington, <br />Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger presiding. Council <br />Members present were Richard Huddy, Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. <br />Council Member Michael Goodnow was absent. Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant, was present to <br />provide staff support. <br />President Younger emphasized that the Study Session is open to the public, but there will be no <br />opportunities for input or participation; no action is anticipated except when deemed appropriate; <br />and the content of these items is subject to change. If approved by the Council, items will be placed <br />on the August 1, 2018 City Council Meeting Agenda <br />A. President Younger announced a 15 -Minute Executive Session from 7:55 to 8:10 PM; <br />which was extended 15 -minutes from 8:10 to 8:25 PM (for a total of 30 -minutes) for a <br />discussion on "Pending Litigation", which is allowed under RCW 42,30.110(1)(i) <br />
